Bollicini, Chester
Concept - The inspiration for Bollicini, which is Italian for little bubbles, came from the fashionable bars in Milan, and from the start of the Bollicini experience, you know you are in an Italian wonderland. The downstairs bar oozes confident, understated chic: rich leather upholstery, polished wooden floors, gleaming glass everywhere. The majority of the bar staff are also genuinely Italian and professionaly trained by Milan cocktail oficianado Carmine Lamorte.
Weekends - On Friday and Saturday evenings Bollicini transforms into a busy dance bar with resident DJ to party the night away.
